Shipping policy

Delivery area
Spintech currently accepts orders for delivery to New Zealand addresses only.
Delivery charge
New Zealand delivery is included in the displayed Acemate price unless Spintech clearly agrees a different arrangement with you before accepting the order.
Order confirmation and estimated delivery
Your order is accepted automatically when Shopify sends the order confirmation.
The current estimated delivery period is approximately 10 to 14 calendar days after Shopify sends the order confirmation. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery updates
Spintech will provide delivery or tracking information when it is available. If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order and provide an updated estimate.
If a delay becomes unreasonable or we cannot supply the product, we will discuss the available remedy with you and comply with applicable New Zealand law.
Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate New Zealand delivery address and contact information.
Contact hello@spintech.store promptly if the address is incorrect. We will try to make changes requested before dispatch, but cannot guarantee an address change after the product has been handed to the carrier.
Access and receipt
You must ensure that the delivery location can safely receive the shipment. Spintech or the carrier may contact you to arrange delivery details for a high-value or oversized item.
Do not include an authority-to-leave promise in this policy unless the selected carrier process and insurance position have been confirmed.
Lost, delayed or damaged deliveries
Spintech remains responsible for working with the carrier to resolve a delivery problem until the product is delivered to the address you supplied.
If delivery is later than the latest estimate we gave you, contact hello@spintech.store with your order number.
If the product is missing or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably practicable and include available photos. A prompt report helps us investigate, but does not reduce any statutory right.
International delivery
Spintech does not currently accept orders for delivery outside New Zealand.
