Spintech will help New Zealand customers get started with setup guidance and a clear local point of contact.

New Zealand delivery is included in the approved NZ$4,499 launch price. The current estimate is 10 to 14 days after order confirmation. Any material change will be communicated directly.

A New Zealand-compatible plug adapter is required and is not included.

Spintech does not offer change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed products are handled in line with applicable New Zealand consumer rights.

Acemate includes a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty beginning when you receive the product. Contact Spintech first at hello@spintech.store with your proof of purchase, product serial number, a description of the issue and supporting photos or video where reasonably available. Inspection may be required. The manufacturer warranty is additional to applicable rights under New Zealand consumer law.
