What is included?
Your order includes the AceMate S10 tennis robot, the standard battery and charger package, access to the AceMate app, and remote setup and onboarding support from Spintech New Zealand.
Do I need a power adapter?
Yes. A New Zealand-compatible power adapter is required and is not included.
Using AceMate
How is AceMate different from a normal ball machine?
A traditional ball machine feeds balls from a fixed position. AceMate is designed to track the incoming ball, move into position and return shots, creating a more responsive rally-style training experience.
Who is AceMate designed for?
AceMate can suit serious recreational and competitive players, junior players training between coaching sessions, coaches, academies and tennis clubs.
Can AceMate replace a coach?
No. AceMate is a training tool designed to increase repetition and practice opportunities. Professional coaching remains valuable for technique, strategy and personalised development.
Does AceMate return every shot?
No training robot can guarantee every return. Performance varies with shot speed and placement, court conditions, setup and ball quality.
How do I control it?
AceMate is controlled through its mobile app, where you can manage training sessions and access supported drills and training information.
